Thiz and Dat Upholstery & Fabric Decor, LLC take pride in our quality workmanship and our reupholstery work is guaranteed within a 14 DAY TIME PERIOD from the date you received your item(s) from us. If you have an issue(s) with our workmanship due to negligence on our behalf (determined at our discretion), please contact us immediately within the 14 day time frame for us to fix the issue. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. If any item(s), furniture, auto, marine, etc that we have reupholstered or serviced on have been damaged due to negligence on the client's behalf, it is up to our discretion if we would like to fix or repair the item but only at the client's expense.
WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS for any custom cut foam cushions or fabric that is purchased through us or from us. If you have an issue with the foam cushion(s), please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date you received the foam If you would like it resized or exchanged, which ever we feel will best rectify the situation. We require the total amount due upfront to place an order for foam cushions.
WE DO NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS OR ACCEPT IN RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY FABRIC PURCHASED THROUGH US OR FROM US. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not guarantee the quality, longevity, or durability of any fabric sold by us or purchased through us because we are not the manufacturer of any fabric. We only sell the fabric. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any fabric that we sale.
WE ONLY ACCEPT cash, cashier's checks, or money orders as forms of payments. We no longer accept any credit/debit cards or personal or business checks of any source. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT of half the total amount due for any project we accept, upfront, and the remaining balance is due at the end of the job. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. However, if we decide to cancel a job, we will refund your deposit minus any product you purchased from us (fabric, foam cushions, supplies, etc.)
Thiz and Dat Upholstery & Fabric Decor, LLC strive to complete each project we receive in house in a timely manner. Unfortunately because of our day to day tasks, interruptions, and our busy schedule, we cannot work on deadlines and rush projects because we cannot gaurantee that a project will be completed at a certain time frame due to our busy schedule. We may give you a time frame backlog but that time frame isn't guaranteed because our schedule changes daily.
We offer pick up and delivery services within our service area (Greensboro, NC). Due to rising cost of gas inflation, we now charge a $40.00 flat rate fee for a one way trip within the Greensboro city limit. This fee is to be paid upfront at the time of pick up and /or delivery. If you live outside our Greensboro, NC service area, please add an additional $2 per travel mile to your designated location. If we are unable, for any reason, to offer pick up and/or delivery services to you, you are responsible for the pick up and delivery of your item(s).
Fabric purchase is the customer's responsibility and obligation to pay for. We are not liable and do not gaurantee any fabric that is predamaged or flawed that a client provides us for their project(s). Please inspect your fabric before you deliver it to us.
If a completed project is not picked up within 30 days after a client is notified of completion, the item(s) will be considered as abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of Thiz and Dat Upholstery & Fabric Decor, LLC. All Copyright Reserved
